Project management

Single family residential project included interior reflecting pool which was flush with exterior zero-edge pool which ran to waterfront. Stunning visual effect. Original asking price 22 million.

The Dilido project, below, had a more linear plan with an interplay of cubic spaces.

Project management-Worked with devloper in the Ventian Isles area of Miami Beach on these and a number of other projects. Residence is currently available for 6 million.

Bank Illustration

The illustration includes a rendering of the bank project with old style blue prints off to the side. The style, reminiscent of Island Colonial, inspired the retro blueprints in a 19th century style illustration. Back to the future.

Urban Reuse: Warehouse to office

Proposal for two warehouses on Niagara River to be converted to offices. The central Structures Are infill, the penthouses are additional floors.

Ocean Series

The preceeding paintings were from a series of ocean themed works inspired by the reefs in the Florida Keys. All are available as signed monoprints on canvas or watercolor paper.

The design proposals were a complete success; we beat 25 other municipalities for the competitive open space grants securing 12 million for Southwest Ranches. When the work was presented to the Sierra Club we received a standing ovation.
